Volunteers needed to help with providing assistance to the Elderly and Vulnerable people in our Oshwal community who have been the most affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic outbreak.
The assistance could be in the form of arranging essential supplies such as food and medicines, delivering meals, simply just checking up on a regular basis about the general well-being or even just having a phone conversation with them to alleviate their isolation. These are a few of the many things that can be done.
We request everyone who are willing and able to assist to immediately register your details on the link in our website and let us know how much time you may be able to spare to assist with this voluntary effort.
We assure you that your details will be confidential and will not be given or passed on to any outside organisations without your written permission. OAUK will coordinate your voluntary assistance if it is to be provided to outside bodies.
Please register below.
Coronavirus is contagious. Please take every precaution when rendering assistance. Avoid physical contact and stay at least 2 metres away from anyone else. Wash you hands regularly.
