Chess Valley Walk:

Starting at Rickmansworth Station and finishing at Chesham Station.  This non-circular walk follows the River Chess and will give you a great chance to experience the English countryside in winter, see horses, sheep and maybe the odd alpaca or three!!

The route is one way and the return back to Rickmansworth will be via Tube. The oyster/contactless fare is £1.60 from Chesham.

If you are driving please park in either Rickmansworth station car park, WD3 1QY (fee £1.00 in coins only) or Homestead Road Car Park WD3 1FX (£5.00 in coins only)

Alternatively come by Metropolitan line to Rickmansworth station (zone 7) – however there are planned engineering works between Aldgate and Wembley Park.

This is generally a flat route covering 10 miles and will take approximately 4.5 hours so please do arrive promptly.

Please do wear suitable walking shoes and warm, waterproof clothing as we will walk along some natural paths and fields. Also, bring some snacks for a rest stop along the route and at least 1 litre of water.

Should you have any questions please send a message on the Whats App channel or contact Ketan (07597228841) or Prasul (07786440824)

Please bring at least one litre of water and some snacks. No food or drink will be provided.
