This Mother’s Day we are organising a Jinendra Bhakti Mahotsav at Oshwal Centre.
This Event is now CLOSED for registration – due to reaching maximum capacity.
Our Ba’s & Bapuji’s, and elders struggled, overcame huge challenges, moved continents, managed to raise families and ensured we all lived and worked together in harmony. It is these elders who are the backbone of our Community. Their sense of community, respect, family values and determination has seen our community prosper.
Oshwal Association takes pride in honouring our elders on 26th March 2017, a special day and an opportunity to recognise these very special individuals especially those who are 80 or over in 2017.
We request all Families to register their 80 years plus family members to join us for the day. Each member registered will then receive an official invitation from us, for them to attend on the day.
We also request each person to submit a short profile / history and achievements, together with their picture so that we can organise an exhibition for the day, showing a glimpse of their life. This article can be in Gujarati and/or English. This can be submitted in hand written form or in Electronic Word format.
In addition, a Nakro of £101 has been set if any family wishes to sponsor the cost of the event. Please note this event is being delivered through the support of members who have joined our £120 scheme. If any member of family wishes to sponsor the whole event, please contact our President, Tusharbhai, at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 078 1643 0808
