Coronavirus (COVID-19) is affecting our lives. Things are changing fast and many of us are worrying about what it means for ourselves and for our loved ones. This can have a detrimental impact on our mental wellbeing.

Join us for an interactive webinar where we explore an overview of mental wellbeing and offer practical advice on looking after your wellbeing and obtaining resources. The webinar aims to assist individuals of all ages and their loved ones to cope during this pandemic. The webinar will consist of a short presentation, interactive exercises and a Q&A session.

Meet our Panel

Ammi ShahDaksha Patel ShahShaileen ShahRupal R. Shah

We have an exciting group of Oshwals on our panel for this webinar.

Ammi Shah – a scientist with a background in molecular science working within the infectious disease field. Prior experience include peer mentoring and Ammi is passionate about tackling stigma.

Daksha Patel Shah – a research scientist working in the pharmaceutical R&D. Daksha is trained as mental first aid champions at work and is passionate about making a difference, help others by sharing information and most importantly by listening.

Shaileen Shah – a happiness coach, speaker and trainer. Shaileen is passionate about helping create happy life habits and wellbeing by creatively and uniquely combining personal development, the science of happiness and spirituality.

Rupal Ramesh Shah – a Tanzanian-Indian-American with a background in Microbiology and Public Health. The focus of Rupal’s work has been in the field of Tuberculosis and HIV in South Africa, Tanzania, and Haiti.
