I am one of the longest serving committee members of the Oshwal association. I joined the OAUK Executive Committee in 1992, first as the Mahaila Mandal chair and then representing the North East area in my capacity as vice chair and then chairlady. Since then I have had a variety of portfolios within the EC including Education, Health and Welfare, and Culture and Heritage and Anand Yatra committees.
Vision for Oshwal
In the last few decades, OAUK has gone from strength to strength, and I hope to use my experience serving the community in the last 25 years to make sure that this continues. In this rapidly changing world, I will represent the voice and values of the elderly members of our community, and continue promoting our culture.
