Join us for an 30-minute online high intensity interval training fitness session. The session will be led by Kalina Shah, a qualified Level 3 personal trainer.
The workout will be without equipment but if you have bands or weights you can use them where possible.
These sessions will be done via video conference so that Kalina can see all attendees and guide you on techniques. As such, these sessions are limited to 25 Oshwal members per session. Please ensure you fill in your membership number in the form below.

Abs/Core 30 minute session
Having a strong core is essential for being able to exercise and perform daily activities, such as walking, housework, and carrying shopping.
The core consists of two components, which are the inner and outer core. The inner core consists of diaphragm muscles which are responsible for stabilising the trunk of the body. The outer core consists of the superficial muscles, which are visible and are responsible for controlling strength and range of motion, and stability.
The Benefits of having a strong core includes improved balance and posture, reduction in back pain, and improved training performance. All of which will help you perform day to day tasks!
This session is designed to help you improve your core stability and strength by incorporating a variation of exercises. Coaching cues will be provided through the session and alternative exercises if any pain/discomfort is experienced to make the session inclusive to everyone.
HIIT 30 minutes session

The HIIT session will help you in improving your cardio-respiratory health over time, by helping increase your oxygen consumption at high intensity levels.
These sessions will be done via video conference so that Kalina can see all attendees and provide coaching cues throughout the session, as well as adaptations where needed.
